Curt has been a leader in the Plymouth community for the past 15 years.   He was one of the founders of Hoosier Driving Academy in 2003.  He is involved in many Economic Development and community organizations and has coached youth soccer for 17 years.  He spent 17 years as a Field Artillery Officer in the Army Reserves.  Curt, his wife Eileen, and his four children, are all  lifelong members of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Plymouth.

Phil is a graduate of Indiana University with B.S. in Education, and holds a Master Degree from Olivet Nazarene University.  Phil served our community by working for the EMS, Fire & Police departments between 1981 & 1995.  In 1995, Phil left Emergency Services, and began his career in Education.  Phil has been teaching driver Education since 1999 & currently teaches Computer Applications at Lincoln Jr. High, where he also coaches Football.  Phil is also a certified Drive Test Examiner.   Phil is married to instructor, Kim, and they have three children & attend The Cross Wesleyan Church. 

Greg Renz - Instructor

Greg earned  a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Business.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.  Greg and his family are members of St. Michael's Church and he is heavily involved with numerous service organizations in Marshall County, including United Way and the Marshall County Lifelong Learning Network.

Kim is the Library Media Clerk for both Jefferson & Webster Elementary Schools.  Kim received her Driver Education Training from Indiana State University & has taught for Bremen High School as well as Hoosier for 5 years now.  Kim is a certified State Drive Test Examiner.  Kim is married to instructor Phil, and they have three children & attend The Cross Wesleyan Church. 

John McNeil - Instructor

John McNeil has served our youth and community for the past 36 years, ever since he played varsity basketball and graduated from Valparaiso University. He has taught Spanish, Science, and Driver’s Ed. He has worked as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, and most recently as the Lincoln Jr. High School Principal for 17 years. He has been married to his wife Linda for 41 years and together they have five children and two grandchildren. John has been a resident of Plymouth since 1986 and has taught at Hoosier Driving Academy for the past three years.
