Class Structure
Hoosier Driving Academy's instruction consists of 30 hours of
classroom instruction plus 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training, all
conducted by an Indiana State Certified Driving Instructor. In
addition to these required hours of training, Hoosier Driving
Academy also requires the students to complete "out of classroom"
projects, such as traffic observation, accident research, and other
valuable learning experiences. We also highly recommend that
after the student has received his/her learner's permit, that they
complete as many hours as possible driving with the help of a
patient, observant adult.
